This was my first order from this lovely company - and I will definitely be placing more. I didn't just love the products but also the ethics of this company. Wishing MY LITTLE ECO SHOP a lot of success and plenty of orders - which I am sure they will receive, as they know how to show appreciation to their customers. Wonderful natural products + excellent customer service = successful small business.

Bought 3 shampoo bars for the buy 2 get 1 free offer. I've tried the Rose Quartz and Sunshine bars so far, and am yet to try the third one (Coffee bar). I have found both of the bars to be really good, leaving my hair feeling super clean and without leaving that waxy residue that you often get with shampoo bars, especially when first trying them out (but these were fine even from the very first wash!). However, I ordered and received all my bars in May, on the label the BBD says 06/21, meaning I only have about a month using all 3 bars before they reach their BBD.
EDIT: I have received replacement shampoo bars with longer BBDs this morning (took less than a week for the bars to be confirmed and delivered). Overall I have had a very good experience with mylittleecoshop, Nicole has been very responsive and friendly!

Gorgeous products and great service. I bought two face creams and a spot treatment and I love them all! All natural ingredients and environmental plastic free packaging - what's not to love? Quick delivery too!

The assistant was very efficient and helpful when I was querying skincare products. Additionally, my products were delivered within the time estimated which was fantastic! I would definitely recommend my little eco shop to everyone!

GREENWASHING!
A lot of the products for sale on this site are from Ancient Wisdom, a wholesaler who state “ the UK's favorite giftware wholesaler. Importing from India, Indonesia, Nepal and China. Manufacturing Aromatherapy”.
“ We aim to bring you the best selling and most profitable wholesale candles you can stock and to be highly competitive - let us know if you can buy cheaper!”
Profitable wholesale candles from Asia, not very eco friendly.
This store also posted a highly damaging incorrect post about the beef industry. When corrected, they deleted all those comments but kept those agreeing with them & changed the caption.
When asked again to correct the caption they blocked anyone who spoke out.
This is VEGAN PROPAGANDA!!!
This store is as eco friendly as fast fashion!

Brilliant, everything about it is well thought out. Items arrive quickly are beautifully packaged. The items are also lovely and it’s nice to know that you are doing your bit for the planet. Will be buying as much as possible from here from now on. A*

I really liked the idea of being more eco friendly so bought a shampoo and conditioner. I have persisted for 2 weeks and sad to say have gone back to my usual brand.
The product left my hair feeling greasy, looking greasy and heavy, even though I rinsed and rinsed and it looked dull and lifeless. Perhaps I have the wrong type. I won't be trying another type as that may not work either. I did buy the charcoal soap bar, for my son and he loves it.
It would appear that delivery is a very common gripe and will add that shipping time was ridiculous.

Delivery was fast and on time, I bought the charcoal face pads and they are great for removing make up and cleansing! You can then just wash them and use again, easy! And so good to be doing something for the environment, I’ll never go back! Thanks.

I had My Little Eco Shop recommended to me and after placing my order excited to receive my products (order placed 14th March)
When it came (which took near to 2 weeks) 3 items we're missing I contacted CS immediately by email to receive an apology and that my missing items would be sent immediately by first class
Again I waited....my order was completed by receipt on the 9th April nearly a month later
My friend who recommended has since received similar service although she was compensated
Love the products but not the service, I will look elsewhere unfortunately
Edit: Nicole got in touch and was lovely. Gave me a partial refund on missing items

I bought the eyeshadow from little eco shop and I love it. It’s got a hint of gold in the wine red and is absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely reorder.

I ordered some items at the beginning of March, and when I received an email with a tracking link there was no data to suggest it was in transit. I contacted support at the end of March, to which they were apologetic and very helpful in trying to find out where the parcel might be. A week later the parcel arrived, missing a few items but I have been refunded for what wasn't there. Regardless of delivery and order issues (I believe this must be due to the lockdown situation and not a true reflection of the company itself), the items are wonderful! I have ordered from here in the past and have never been disappointed in the products
Will be ordering again! :)
